There have been several thefts of rear parcel shelves from motor vehicles in Barnsbury. Please stay vigilant and follow the crime prevention advice below. 1) Always ensure you lock your vehicle, even if you only intend to be away from it for a short period. 2) Fully close all windows and the sunroof to prevent ‘fishing’. 3) If parked overnight, remove the parcel shelf from your vehicle and leave it indoors. 4) If possible, park your vehicle in well-lit or busy areas or under CCTV coverage. Especially when parking overnight.  |
